John Gray

John Gray is a highly experienced development consultant economist with 35 years’ experience in advisory and project management assignments in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, the former Soviet Union, and Central America. He has conducted 35 program and project evaluations and reviews, and implemented more than 30 PFM projects and programmes, many as Team Leader of long-term PFM and fiscal reform interventions. He combines strong analytical skills as an economist and institutions specialist, with a long track record in leading multiple CD projects in this area.
