Who we are

Consulting Base is a development consulting firm based in London that has a successful track record in advising international and bilateral donors and financial institutions in developing and transition countries. It was established in 1999. Subhrendu Chatterji is the firm’s CEO. We work on individual projects ourselves, with high calibre associates, or in consortium with other firms, most of whom we have worked with for many years.

Consulting Base and its Principals have designed, managed, implemented and evaluated over 250 projects in more than 75 developing and emerging market countries over the last 25 years.
