Revenue Administration and Tax Policy

Julian Adey has over 30 years of experience in reviewing, evaluating, leading, designing, and delivering tax and customs policy and administration international donor programs across three continents and over 30 countries. He has also led and advised on series of RA projects and multi-year CD programs that have included business process reengineering reviews and digitization implementation. Julian initially started his career in the UK HM Revenue and Customs, where he covered operational and tax policy, management and project management roles in Customer/Taxpayer Services, Compliance and Audit, Investigation, System Delivery, Digitalization and Capacity Development in the areas of tax, customs and international trade.
